Well not exactly Detroit but close enough that it is negligible (4 miles out of city limits). I have had Weber kettles for the better part of 30 years now and have only in the last 5 years or so began to experiment with them rather than just burn some hamburgers over a fire that is way too hot. I have come a long way since my early days. I have 3 22 inch kettles, a Smokey Joe, and a 14.5 WSM and use all of them extensively. The cool thing is that I still have my original Weber kettle that I bought 30 years ago that I recently just rehabbed. I would get more but am certain that my wife would have something to say about that decision. I keep telling her that she benefits from all of paraphernalia that is residing on our deck which she can't disagree with. I will keep fighting the good fight to get another (and another and another)!
Looking forward to interacting, contributing and learning from all of you Weber enthusiasts. Happy grilling!
