Get out the oven mitt - Taco Tuesday on the Plainsman!

Finally got to fire up the Plainsman tonight! We had taco's, spinach and feta mushroom caps, and grilled corn for dinner

Really hit the spot! Have def been getting the cast iron bug these days. Such a rich flavor and the GBS griddle was the perfect size to make it all fit.
