Leftover brisket uses

Last Saturday's leftover point brisket turned into pot roast.  Taters, carrots, beef broth with some corn starch to thicken.  Salt to taste.   Done in a lodge 5 quart cast iron Dutch oven.  Perfect for this chilly, rainy night.
