I’ve made a lot of steaks in my lifetime but these may have been the best. I made a garlic herb butter using fresh herbs from the garden. I did 2 with and 2 without. Both great with a nod to the butter.

These took 10 minutes total, flipping every 2 minutes. These were on the 26”. I kept the lid ajar between flips. No reverse searing although I do like that method.

very nicely cooked steaks absolutely perfect for my taste. I bet the Herb butter made them real juicy and tasty.
Great job, you can cook for me anytime.
