Have not made these yet, but will fire up the griddle tomorrow.

Any suggestions? I know it looks simple, but you never know. How about onions on both sides of the burger, instead of just one side?

How about grilling the onions ahead of time, and them putting the burgers on them?

Lot's of YouTube videos on this one!

I use dehydrated onion flakes and parsley mixed in the hamburger. Bread crumbs are not needed to hold the burger together. Everyone likes it about as much as they like my chili. Don't flatten the burger with a spatula or it will be dry.

Flatten it out by hand before cook. Use 80/20. Throw cheese on it right before removal. Double stack em. So good.....

I could not get these to flatten out as much as I wanted. They weighed 6 ounces each. And the griddle could have been a little hotter. But it all worked, and the burgers were super good. Reminded me of the burgers we used to get many years ago, in diners, and bowling alleys.

The buns were wicked good, soaking up that steam and flavor from the beef and the onions. Like one of the videos said, these are good as is, no mustard, pickles needed!

Yes, fresh 80/20. Will flatten them out by hand next time before they go on the griddle. Yes...hold off on the cheese until the last minute!

I always get this message...it took you too long to upload the photo, or the file was too big.

The desk top computer is what is used most of the time with a 30 inch screen. Both a Panasonic digital camera and iPhone used for photos.

I use Messenger on my phone don't have to size anything. Sometimes I have to pick between small, medium and large. It won't send large ever so I use medium. Always wondered what it looks like on the other end.
