I was asked to grill pulled pork, tritip, baked beans, potato salad and poppers for 200. My church is having dedication services this week for our new building. This is a dinner for the ministry. Very nervous. Sort of. So I'll post pics as it goes....so don't be mad if there is lots of pics. Starting the pork today,

Sorry...I do t have alot of pics yet of the tritip cut up...useda friends slicer to cut all the tritip. Ended up doing 22 of them.
