Cooked up this beauty on the Charger Blue OTP using a slow n sear, 425F to 140F, rested for about 30 mins.  Man this was good.  Seasoned with Meat Church "The Gospel" rub on the loin and on the bacon.

Yes! I love it! Looks very tasty. I would eat me some of that, great looking plate.

Looks delicious! I've done something similar in the past where I butterfly a pork loin and stuff the inside with cream cheese before wrapping in bacon. It can get a tad messy, but the results are delicious!
I think I might need a bigger backyard soon...

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

I really like the setup of your blue OTP.

Thanks guys, it was a fun, easy weeknight cook that pleased me and the Mrs.  Thanks @Mr.CPHo my OTPs are really nice to cook on and I love having the tables.  Heck, I use the tables most anytime I'm on that side of the deck cooking.  I like to put the WSM between them and use them for wrapping, hanging utensils and keeping supplies on.  I went home today at lunch to cover the grills due to possible rain and the OTP was still hot from last night's cook.  I had closed the vents last night but must have left the top open just a little - enough to keep the coals lit.  Surprising how long B&B orange bag briquettes last.

Looks mouthwatering!
Did you brine the pork?

Negative, no brine on this needed.  Rub, bacon and more rub.  Best pork loin to date...

Well good grief...I was thinking of bacon wrapped tenderloin, or a meatloaf for my first sns cook. That looks soooooo good. Maybe I'll do a couple bacon weave fattys.
