3 2 1 pulled pork?
« on: May 23, 2021, 09:04:11 PM »
Anyone tried the 3 2 1 method for pulled pork?

https://barbecuebible.com/2017/11/07/3-2-1-method-pulled-pork/

I've used this method for ribs and loved the results.

Seems like the key to this method would be a “smaller” piece of meat.

The best results obtained by us is a 9 to 10 hour smoke, followed by a double wrap in heavy foil. Add 6 to 10 ounces of Coca-Cola, then bake in the oven for another 3 hours at 325 degrees.

We have done this and it is a sure fire winner!

Wow! That looks spectacular.
I just did my first mustard rub, salt lick, killer hogs rub. Best one I’ve ever done. No wrap. 4 hours on grill, finished in crockpot.
