We love grilling potato wedges and cauliflower using the GBS grate with the vortex in the middle. But I love to get more grilling space since the teenage kids just devour that stuff. Is there an elevated rack that works with the vortex in the middle and does not protrude to far in the center?
I also have a slow'n sear and there is an elevated rack for that setup but the grilling result of the tators is just better with the Vortex than with the SNS. I tried both in the past but prefer the heat source in the middle vs on the side.

The Weber warming racks that come with MTs and you could buy separately for awhile (perhaps can still get them?) work perfectly with the vortex.  I love using them because the meat has a better finish (and gets done faster) raised up in the dome of the lid.

That's my thought. 1 or 2 of the warming racks would work great.

Thanks everyone. Yes it looks line the 3200 is not available but there are some aftermarket SS versions which look the same. I will try one of those.
