I’ve been thinking through this one for awhile. Decided to do it today as a nod to George.
The salmon rub is one that I’ve used many times for a more traditional grilled salmon. I’ve included a pic of the ingredients from the website.
As far as the loaf... the picture shows most of the ingredients.
I ended up using two salmon filets (3lbs total), two eggs and two cans of black beans.
I added about 1/2 cup of the rub into the mixture retaining some to sprinkle on the loaf.
