Valentine’s Day cooks
« on: February 15, 2021, 06:00:55 AM »
I didn’t see a thread already started. What did everyone make?

I made pizza from scratch in the inside oven. We were busy working on the house all day and didn’t have anything planned and luckily I had just enough ingredients to pull it off.

I made the sauce as well. Crushed tomatoes, olive oil, some dried Italian herbs and a pinch of sugar.

Pepperoni, bacon, and banana peppers was our favorite. I used the 15” lodge carbon steel and the 12” lodge cast iron.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Looks good Hoosier..... I made marinated Filet Mignon on the ‘78 Brownie, baked potatoes and Caesar salad for my lady.  She topped it with a homemade vanilla cake with pour on hot chocolate icing.  Had a little bubbly too.
