Looks delicious. It’s 14 degrees here. Just getting the grill going.

Looks good to me, I’d differently slide up to your table to eat the brisket.
Props to you for cooking in the cold.

Cheers

Thanks @AZ2FL I have it wrapped in foil now... still getting colder outside. Thank goodness may garage has heat been in here all night.

What are you cooking up today?

I smoked a Boston butt, three sausage logs stuffed with cheese, 40 jalapeno poppers, two bushels of fresh oysters and a five foot gator on my wrk.

I’m cold just looking at your weather temps!

Cheers

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

It was a bit cold out but the grill must go on. That a hell of a lineup for your grill. I had raw oysters I made oyster shooters, ABT’s and a hangover... the hangover was the ruff one to deal with. Lol

Yea buddy that cold was a real SOB I would have loved 52 degree weather outside. As for the brisket no one left hungry. We had peach shine, cherry shine, beer, deviled eggs, rye bread with sausage toppings, cucumber snack, brisket, Abt’s, Cocktail weenies wrapped in crescent rolls, cookies, and a heated garage with two flat screens.

A good time was had by all! This year the wife and I still have plans to make it Doraville to see you and the wife. The kid is turning 21 in a few days I think he want to come also as he’s been doing some grilling by his girlfriends house for her parents and he’s a cook now at a restaurant. We will teach him a thing or two.

All these cold/snowy cooks. Must be challenging to regulate temps. I'm in Southern California where if it rains and the temperature drops below 60 degrees, it makes the evening news! Brisket looks good. You only had to refuel twice with that bbqitall ring??

Yes only one time it works really well. I recommended it to some people and nobody’s been disappointed.
