I'm doing a brisket, instead of a turkey. Was going to visit family, but one of the kids got sick, so for safety, we have to stay home to see what COVID test says.

This is the second brisket done on my SmokeFire. Same results. Very happy. Although this one turned out better than the first one. I seasoned this one with some seasoning, then some salt n pepper. Formed a nice bark, and a pretty thick smoke ring.
