That's a great looking set up! What are those handles on the pot? Did it come with them or did you install yourself?

Thanks.   The handles are just what came with the pot from amazon.   I was going to take them off, but they do a pretty decent job.

Ribs done.  3 hours smoking and 2 hours in foil w apple juice.    Tender and delicious!

The mini did great. I had to make the dog dish cover for the vent.  Made all the difference.  Maintained steady temp the whole time.

I need to find one if these pots soon. Since wsms don't pop up cheap here I guess I need to build one lol.
