I've never cooked on a CGA, I'll have to start looking for one.

I've yet to try flaken cut ribs and they're impossible to find in Indy.  They look grate, Joe.   Anyone know a good online meat purveyor of this cut?

Sams club in greenwood has these frequently.

Those look awesome joe. I haven't made these yet. Looks like a great candidate for top rack wsm and no water pan.
