Need some ideas for a pork loin

I've got a whole pork loin. I'm going to open up half of it for a stuffed loin which should be awesome. Need some ideas for the other half for another meal. I know I could cut it into thick chops but that sounds a little to "meh" to me. Need some ideas, I'm always open to novelty too. How does loin work out for kababs, never used it for that before?

Try a swineapple. I've never made one but I've eaten it and it was great.

@powermatt99 I had to google Tonkatsu but I think we've got a winner! Those look amazing and not too difficult to make.
