Hello from southeast Michigan (go green)!

Not my first Weber (have a Summit E-470) but it’s my first full-size kettle. Looking forward to the great charcoal taste I’ve been missing. Here for some great tips on using my new kettle. I have a slow n sear coming and I’m definitely looking forward to doing some charcoal smoking.
