Started these at 7 pm. Wrapped at 745 and gave the dog a treat. He got dirty somewhere.

Live cook. I'll update when done. Guessing 830-845. Cooking at 450 the entire cook.

First time I've done St. Louis and baby back at the same time. Surprisingly the Baby back were less tender and needed a little more time than the St. Louis.

Both were good but we all preferred the St. Louis with a modified open pit bbq sauce. I added honey, vinegar and dehydrated jalapeƱo powder to it. The baby back just had sweet baby rays.
