I have a 2009, Weber performer. Gas assist still works. Any idea what it is worth? Everything is good on it no rust. Grates still solid. The guy I got it from said he only used it a few times. I grabbed it for 35.00.

Cleaned up a bit more, I'd say $100-125 is reasonable.  List for $150.

bbqking01- for whatever reason, very few folks here ever want to
share what they feel the true value of something is.  I will do my
best, but there are also many variables.  You only posted a few
pics.  I will assume the rest of it is in the same condition as the
front.  I will also assume the grates to be in average condition.
I have no idea where you live, and that can swing the value of
something quite a bit.
With that ... based on my market in KC, shined up like a new dime,
I  would list that at $200 and not take much less.  If you intend to
put in new grates (which are now 40 fu**ing dollars to replace)
I would list at $250 and not take much less.
However, the #'s I am giving is fully detailed and spotless.  You would need
to replace that wheel in the back, and the front wheels need to be
in good working order, and not locked up as most seem to be.

Dave in KC hit the nail on the head. In the Chicagoland area,  one in 8 - 9 condition out of 10, with at least a new food grate will pull 180 - 200. But it needs to be in like new cleanliness.  And from end of March till the 4th of July.  After that,  max will be around 170.

I agree. to you it was worth 35.00 at that time, to someone looking for that model in that condition I'd offer 100.00 max. Because I'd want new wheels, grates, repair of the bottom wire shelf. I'd clean that grill up and have it shine like a penny. I'd have about another $100.00 plus on top of what I paid. I'd Then dirty it up by using it.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

Dave in KC, I disagree. We aren't reluctant to post "real value". Real value is completely subjective. Current condition i would offer no more than $40-$50.

If it was all fixed up with the wheels replaced, new grates, wire shelf fixed, and polished like new why would you only say $200-$250. Would you not take into account that the gen 2 frame isn't available anymore and to some looks much better than new performers?  What about the green lid and bowl? To some it's a dream color, to me I can take it or leave it.

Considering new ones are now $439 plus tax I'd list a perfect condition gen 2 around $300 and if a dove gray one showed up local that would be my limit.

I don't say "whatever someone is willing to pay" to be a dick. It's just the truth. All shined up like new someone might pay $300 and take the $140 savings to buy more meat.

I see. Well..I live in Phoenix, Az. There is a pretty high demand. I just sold an old beet up performer for 100 last month. This thing was lightly used. I can tell by grates and the ash catchers this guy had. Yeah the wheels are looking trashed, but all 4 work fine. the only thing I don't like is that gray, Unstained, food tray is fiber glass and I get slivers in the hand every time I touch it. That can be remedied. I watch different sale sights here, and it's hard to find a solid 22" plain kettle for under 40-60. So I've had some interest, and maybe in another week or two I'll get a few more bites. And I agree Dave, you are spot on. Only thing I completely disagree with is the 40-50 dollars...I realize Dave didn't say that...but seriously...

Right on bbqking. I said that to make my point. I don't like green kettles. It's subjective. If it was gray I'd offer you lots more even in the current condition. Good luck with your flip.

If the demand is there list high and see what you get. I usually sell black performers around $150-$200. Summer time is best to sell when the demand is higher.

0000 steel wool and Dawn will brighten those old nylon handles up too. Just don't press too hard over the Weber letters or you can take them off.

Spoken like a true flipper.  Being green, I might do $60.
I currently have 2 black Gen 2's.  $40 and $50. I had two
others that both went for $175 in early Fall. No reason that
these wont both bring $200 each.   I will not even
bother to advertise these until I see a 60 degree weekend
in the forecast though.  The only thing I even post right
now are gassers.  They sell well year round for me.

Just an update...just sold it for 235.00! being in Phoenix, it's grilling weather all year here. Although I've grilled in rain sleet and snow, here it's pretty popular.
