Weber KC rub. Injected with Creole butter.
Approximately 3 hours at 350 indirect.

Looks awesome.  I infected my thanksgiving turkey last year with chicken broth.  Makes a huge difference especially in the breasts.

I hear ya - the Chicago Blackhawks just had their Margaritaville Night on 2/21. Odd seeing so many Hawaiian shirts and shorts in February!
