Man, that's a lot of work, and what a spread! Looks like you had a happy birthday, and I hope you had a crew to help clean up! WOW!!

It was the best birthday ever for me.  I was in a happy zone, surrounded by friends and family, doing what I really like to do.    And yeah, I had lots of help.   Various family members jumped in and helped with some cooking and/or slicing.   Friends helped clean up what looked like a war zone afterwards, and helped break down the tables and chairs.   We always hire a helper to assist with parties and she pulled all the food, bagged it and put it away, and did all the dishes.    IF you are having a big party, that's an absolute must in my book, if you can find the right person.  Luckily, we did years ago.

Awesome pics, you look pretty happy and calm to me

Hahaha, thanks.  But most of those pictures LIE !!!!!   Though, the one where I'm carving the Picanha ??   Yeah, I was in a happy zone there.   Felt like a kid opening presents on Christmas day.

BTW, here are the totals.

I think this is what I ended up with.

20lbs Injected and smoked hot wings
10lbs Deep fried Buffalo Wings
10lbs Deep fried Garlic Parm Wings
12lbs Moinks
12lbs Char Sui Pork Belly
15lbs Picanha
10lbs Kalbi
15lbs Bulgogi
8 racks, about 20 - 24lbs Baby Backs
12lbs Brisket
15lbs Tri Tip
8lbs Churrasco with Chimichurri
10lbs Pork Al Pastor
2lbs Oakridge Smoky Chili Lime grilled Salmon
Oh, and 2 Hamburgers

So, I failed in my goal of having 20 offerings. But I'm ok with that.  Also, have some small portions of a couple of the meats left over.  Like, 1 tri tip, 2 small hunks of skirt, a pound or two of Kalbi and a couple of lbs of Bulgogi.      Best I can figure, that's about 150lbs of meat served.

Most mortals would not understand that being in command of so many dishes is "FUN"! Kudos to the chef.

Yep.  That and seeing peoples facial expressions as they are blown away by something you cooked.  Then multiply that by 10 or 15 times given the number of dishes offered.  It was a great day for me.  Exhausting, but awesome.
