... home sick. Dinner for one as the wife and kids are out at my brother in laws birthday dinner. Cold grate technique ribeye on the sns 2.0 with the easy spin grates with the dng and internal ash pan. Cooked on my pristine 78 coppermist.

A very nice bachelor night meal on a sweet grill.  Get well soon.

Well you are a Warrior being able to muster the strength to cook that meal while under the weather
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Looks delicious - never heard of the cold grate technique. Just learned something new!
Wife: Let me guess... you want to grill again

It's funny - I'm new, and own that drip-pan, but totally forgot to use it cooking wings last night.  Oops.

You've got a heck of a collection there - do they all live outside?
