I picked some of my huge peppers from the garden. I don't remember what they are but they aren't hot and they aren't sweet. Just great pepper flavor and the outside skin is similar to a jalapeƱo. Meaning they aren't tough. They work great for just about everything. They have been a big hit at parties due to being mild.

Just got them started.

Look like Anaheim, or some type of New Mexico type. They look really good! I added some hot jelly to my cream cheese last time, they were slightly too hot for the wife, I loved them

Dang they look great! What did you stuff them with?
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

That's it!  I looked up Anaheim and that has to be what these are. Thanks.

Nothing too special, just the standard cream cheese and some shredded four cheese mixture and dusted with some hogs n heat rub. I used a piece of cherry for a little smoke.

Everyone liked them. I think they were gone in less than 5 minutes. I need to make more next time.
