This has been a LONG time in the works... she's home, cleaned up and ready for a first cook. Pice of pork belly for fried rice and sandwiches later in the week and a plate of beef shorties for tomorrow's dinner. My daughter took the pic of me building the snake. Thanks for looking

4x3 snake using 3/4s of a bag of weber briquettes.  One 4 hour 275ish degree smoke to 180 it last night and a 6 hour 350 degree braise and mushrooms for a side. This is leftover coal... and the first running of the mothership. She has landed.
