So my daughter just got engaged. I was asked to provide the meat for the party. 50 people  so I'm thinking 2 briskets and 3 pork butts.  I have a large green egg and a vison and my ranch I'm thinking
My 37 inch ranch can do it all.. options.....
I can't stop lovin my Weber!!!

Congratulations on the engagement. No you need to start looking for a grill for her. As for does she want bbq I'm thinking if she asked she knows. 😂 if someone asks me for food they know they are getting bbq.

Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

Cool. You could feed the Death Star a couple of briskets and some pork butts. Both are pretty straightforward. Out here, most parties/weddings opt for tri tip and chicken. Usually cheaper to do and faster.

For 50 people I was thinking 2 - 18 lbs Parker's and 3 butts. We also have lasagna
And taco bar.. what do ya thing.  Maybe a tray of grilled chicken fingers???
