Bachelor meal

My wife and daughter were out doing girl stuff last night, so my son and I had a nice little bachelor meal.  Steak, potatoes, and shrimp.  Finally getting my 14 year old to eat a medium rare steak!

Man that looks tasty. I don’t do grilled shrimp often enough. I’ll have to remember that my next bachelor meal. My wife only eats breaded and fried shrimp or shrimp cocktail.  I prefer grilled shrimp.

Those were $3 uncooked for 10 at Meijer.  Hit them with Old Bay and on the grill for 1 minute per side at the end of a steak cook.

That/s a meal that we do alot here in fla.    butter and garlic powder on the shrimp and steak the way u like it !!!  Question ... never did potatoes the way u did ... did they turn out nice ???

Yes.  Took about 40 minutes for them to cook.   Tossed with olive oil and some seasoning salt and onto the grill with max temp indirect.
