Hello everyone! I recently acquired a Kettle and a WSM (compliments from Mr.CPHo) and dove into the world of Weber grills!
A little about me: I live in Northeast Florida with my wife and dog. We just started renting a house, which means I have the opportunity (read:
space) to do some grilling and smoking.
Both are 18". The Kettle was acquired from Mr.CPHo when I came across his Craigslist listing for it. It was exactly what I was looking for, and when I went to pick it up, I discovered the world of Weber Kettles. All the designs, all the colors, and most importantly, the Simpsons grill.
On that note, Mr.CPHo enjoyed my car, which is the inspiration for my username:
I'm excited to master the art of grilling, although as someone who enjoys collecting, I see where this can be a dangerous road and I'm going to have to limit myself.
