Been awhile since my last post here. Grabbed a beautiful wagyu chuck steak from my butcher the other day. The PK and JJ tagged teamed this cook. Seared first on the PK then slid to the JJ to finish at 125. Seasoned this beautiful cut with Killer Hogs Ap , Dirty South Competition Blend , and light dusting of Mississippi Grind. One of the best and tastiest cuts I’ve tried and was better than a prime ribeye. Best part was costs , $10.99 lb, which is a lot cheaper than a prime ribeye. Try and be a little more active going forward.
