Traditional Filipino pork bbb. Typically eaten with steamed rice but lately I've making taco out of it.

Looks amazing!  What kind of meat and how did you marinade or spice it?

Pork shoulder sliced 1/4" thick, marinated overnight and folded into the skewer.

Here's the recipe.   Just add minced thai, habanero peppers etc  for your desired  heat. Also, you can substitute regular ketchup if banana ketchup is not readily available.

Here's the recipe. You can skip the oyster sauce or sesame oil. Also, you can substitute regular ketchup if banana ketchup is not readily available.

The basting sauce is interesting. I’ve been basting different meats with something similar of my own concoction but instead of ketchup I use sriracha and honey instead of brown sugar. I’ll have to give this a try.

Disregard the basting sauce from the website.  The basting sauce should be the same as the marinade that's been reduced and brushed on the meat. More like applying a bbq sauce toward the end of the cook.
