Just had the most amazing pizza from the folks at Minskys. The “Z Man” instead of cooking, we took the fam for pizza, 13 of us. Joe’s KC sauce, brisket, Mozzo, Provo, and O rings. Wow! so good. Now for some ‘me time’

Ribs were good!  Got a Father’s Day cheat - Kellee’s home made Mac n Cheese.  These were James Brown good.  Not on a Weber, went the easy way.  Pic of me and my dad in 1977 in Daytona Beach….  Happy Father’s Day all!

Thank you, TT is one of my favorite cuts of beef.

Local grocery stores in Flordia's Forgotten Coast don't stock Tri Tip. I buy TT and Berkshire pork online at Wildforkfoods.com.  I've been using WFF for over three years now and very happy with the quality of meat.
