Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

That's some good looking food @bamakettles
Thanks Joe, it was pretty good.  I spent much of the day monitoring my "Clean" fire in the KJ which was achieved after a 1.5 hour warm up using B&B lump.  Everything I cook in this thing still seems to taste like lump charcoal - and all tastes the same.  Maybe that's a characteristic of a clay kamado?  I'm trying to master it, and thought clean smoke was the answer but I'm not having much success.  Everything I cook in the Summit tastes amazing every time so I guess that's going to be my go to grill through the winter along with my SSP.  Live and learn and accept that Weber is the best!

I feel the same way, my neighbor has a BGE and everything that comes off it has the same flavor profile, but I'm a Weber guy so my opinion is skewed LOL

Chesapeake Weber

Chicken breasts and Asian inspired slaw.  I have some of the Bachans too. Picked up this summer and love it!

Chesapeake Weber

Turned out nice. Sesame oil, bachans, little soy sauce and sriracha. Some garlic, baby collards, and cherry wood smoke. A good one off, thrown together dinner.

Chuck roast smoking on the summit.  Felines stand guard on the SSP.

I'd be all over that with some horseradish sauce!  Looks amazing
