Thanks! I love my CB roti! It gets used a couple of times a month. Next up, we're hosting a couple of friends for their 50th anniversary, so I will be spinning a prime rib for them.

I also love the CB door/latch combo on my WSM22.

Wow! That looks fabulous! How is the Berkshire pork? My wife gave a gift card to one of the online butchers and I haven't used it yet.

I highly recommend Berkshire pork over Yorkshire. It's a higher quality meat with more marbling and flavor than Yorkshire. IMHO

I like my CB roti too, it's a game changer.

My WSM 22" is stock lol
