Olive oil, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, chopped garlic, lemon zest  and crushed red pepper flakes. Steamed, then grilled on the Jumbo Joe over Jealous Devil XL briquets.
Have not done artichokes in way to long, those look perfect !!
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Chicken tenderloin lettuce wraps with spicy jalapeƱo coleslaw and leftover cucumber salad.  Chicken on the Q2100 was very tasty - olive oil and it's incredible seasoning.  As always, the garden tomatoes were the best part.

Butterflied pork loin, stuffed with sliced dill pickles, pepperoni and Swiss cheese.
This looks fantastic may I ask what internal temp did you cook this to and what was your pit temp? I wanna try this tonight thanks.

I used 2/3 of chimney of lit charcoal in a 26er. Seared the stuffed loin and then indirect for about 35-40 minutes to an IT of 142/143.
I'm not sure what the pit temp was, if I had to guess I'd say 325-350. Top and bottom vents open.

Lite charcoal was dumped into a SnS.

Cheers

One of my new favorites - chopped steak with mushroom gravy and cauliflower tots.

I'm jealous of your plating skills! What % of ground beef did you use?
