With the price of beef so high right now, I am cooking up more pork.  I cut these 1 1/2 inch thick chops from a pork loin I bought for $1.89 a pound.  Seasoned with Cajun seasoning from The Spice House and my own BBQ rub on 2 of them.  My wife likes Montreal Steak seasoning on hers.  The asparagus is tossed with olive oil and lemon pepper.
