It’s actually really fun to cook on.  We do burgers, steaks, chops, chicken and various fish filets on it.  Went basic kosher salt and black pepper with these and I’d be hard pressed to remember a better chop.

I cooked this for about 2 hrs (about 1 hr in the photo) I will have to try a truly low n slow 6 hr cook someday
