and lump for three hours on 26er Glenn blue. Kettle temp 175-200.

I didn't get a picture of the burgers on the hunsaker, but we made horseshoes tonight. Horseshoes were invented in Springfield Illinois and are basically an open face burger. Toast on the bottom, then your choice of meat, cheese sauce, then fries on top. Most restaurants have many choices of meat like Buffalo chicken, bacon, pork tenderloin and the original, hamburger. Super good.
