I am a first time Weber owner, and am so proud of my grill!  Here are the first two meals I prepared on it.  One was steak and chicken fajitas with grilled peppers and onions, and the other was chicken sausage and Vidalia onion marinated chicken breasts served with grilled peppers and onions and warm flatbread.  I dug the vegetable "wok" out of the closet and it has become a new friend.  This is the type of pan that has holes to allow the heat and flames to char the vegetables.  It makes amazing grilled potatoes.
