Low and slow on a hot Indiana day

Baby back ribs on the patent pending avocado.  Tried out the lamberts "sweet swine o mine" rub.  It was quite good.  Pix at various points of the cook. 
Plated up on a matching vintage avocado Mikasa plate from my wife's grandmother.

Those are worthy of a second comment. The color and smoke ring looks perfect on those. Ribs are by far my favorite to bbq
