Ribs about to be smoked!

This is my first real post on here!

About to throw on these bb ribs on the kettle and let them smoke for about 5 hours

I prefer the snake method with some foil to shield the meat from the little bit of heat.  Bottom vent half open and top vent barley open

Waiting is the worst!  I'll upload some pics as they go

I thought they were good, perfect amount of spice and smoke and just a little sauce at the end

Looks like you have the temperature control nailed. Is that hickory in the setup? That's what it looks like and what I like for pork.
