Just charcoal directly on the charcoal grate as George Stephen intended.

First time I’ve ever grilled shrimp. Very good

Shrimp should be on your regular rotation. Best  if cooked directly. Also, avoid farm raised shrimp especially for grilling.

Its Bubba Hoosier shrimp feast....

Dey's uh, grilled shrimp, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich.....

Looks like a great time paying with fire & food.

Shrimp is best on charcoal.  Great searing and carmelization of marinades make it awesome.  I usually cook shrimp on my lime SJ.

It was great. Fire and food is high on my list of favorite things. Glad you posted. I was just thinking it had been awhile.

Looking forward to more shrimp cooks with different marinades and flavors.
