Steak and asparagus

I'm not too consistent with making good steak but this turned out awesome! I did reverse sear and before searing I dried the steaks and put oil on it. I normally don't go through the effort but it gave good results.

I also did asparagus wrapped in cheese and prosciutto in the red kettle. The lid doesn't have the lid hook so I had to hang it off the performer. I also forgot to put foil under the asparagus so there was a cheesy mess after. Thankful it was really easy to clean up after a few days.
Together we'll fight the long defeat.

That looks great!  Very interesting asparagus wrap.  Sounds yummy!
