Apologies too all waiting for the carne asada video that should have been next...
I have to re-shoot that one. Cameraman error :(

These thick pork chops will need to suffice.
I partnered them with my famous asparagus bundles, but used hot capocollo instead of prosciutto.

Great video as always.   It was funny timing.  @weldboy is brining pork chops and it sounds like @Travis and @wessonjb and myself are jumping on the chop train too!!!!!  I'm just debating doing them like you or making my stuffed chops again.

That is funny... One of my favorite things to grill. Thick cut pork chops are hard to beat!

Nice cookup and video. Good job.

The only distraction wasn't the kids next door, it was one camera overhead showing a yellow kettle and the other showing avocado. Hey Troy! Did you know that your neighbors have a trampoline? (We used to be those neighbors.)

I also watched the other video on Youtube. You have actual equipment and a lot of stuff that plugs into extension cords and things like that! And I've been picturing you propping up a couple of iPhones on bags of KBB to shoot these videos. The more you know...

THanks!!
I totally failed to fix the white balance. oops.

A lot of my first shoots were just using a cell phone. The "one handed griller" series, haha.

I clamped my wifes camcorder to a ladder for the restoration videos.

Great video! I love cooking thick pork chops like that and I've been wanting to cook asparagus like that but my wife won't touch the stuff. I guess I'm gonna have to cook some just for me. Beautiful patio by the way!

If its asparagus in general your wife doesn't like has she tried it grilled?  My Aunt can't stand asparagus but saw everyone chowing down on some that I made and decided to try it again....she loved it.  It was asparagus drizzled with olive oil and salt then grilled.
