Made some bacon out of fresh hog jowl and pork belly.

Here’s the jowl after smoking:

Here’s some of the regular bacon that I’m grilling today. I smoked it a weekend ago and sliced it. Thought I had more pictures of the process, but can’t find them on my phone.

Looks delicious! Was this breakfast this morning, or is the bacon going on burgers or something?
