Brisket, burnt ends included. Used the CyberQ so I was able to get some sleep. Got the brisket on at midnight, wrapped in butcher paper around 10AM, and finished up at 1PM. The CyberQ did a nice job considering it was battling snow and below zero weather. As you can see from a couple of the pics, I created a weather-proof box for the CyberQ (an idea I got off of Youtube) and put some foil around the fan to keep the snow out. Pretty happy with how it all worked out.
