Kids want pork chops for breakfast so here it is. Pork chops and eggs on a  caliente/arteflame combo on the copper ssp.

Usually do the onion part but rarely the mashed potatoes. We are a rice chomping household even for breakfast. As a matter of fact we use to have a large rice farm back in day.
