Guinness Extra Stout
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

I'm in the middle of a run of seven midnight shifts running Friday-Friday over the Labour Day weekend so I was pretty much out of action for it.  That's why I ended up cooking the prime rib roast I posted about in another thread so I'd have plenty of leftovers so I wouldn't have to do much other cooking during at least the first part of this shift rotation.

However, when it finishes, I'll have four days off so I need to figure out what I'll be cooking on my long weekend...
