After seeing Hell Fire Grill's on RRR screw-ups (which only MacEggs responded to....c'mon folks, nobody's perfect!!)

So I thought it might be an idea (good, bad, indifferent) to post up some foul balls I've hit.....but these are more cooking related........... 8)


So, when tucking away the Kettle(s) for the heavy part of the winter, don't let this happen to you ~~~>



Remove the reheat corn or other organic material from the Kettle before  hunkering down for the wet / cold / rainy season....

I got some giant darkroom trays that they were going to throw away at work.....vinegar bathtime!!!!

Actually Ken, it's a little known chemical reaction with the enzymes and the cobalt of the kettle.

It's technical.

Suffice it to say that if you send the blue kettle to me, I'll look into for you.
