Here's the butt going on the smoker for 3 1/2 hrs. I smoked it at 275 degrees.
Here it is after 3 1/2 hrs and now I put it in a foil tray with with some apple juice then foiled it and gonna keep it on for another 3 hrs or so until the internal meat temp hit is around 204 or until the temp probe goes in like butter! I thought it would have better bark but smells damn good!
