Decided to smoke some ribs because I was repainting the bedroom (sometimes Home Depot sales and come back and bite you). Used Memphis dust and the Heinz sauce pack my kids got me for fathers day. This time was Kansas City style. All I can say was wow.

Looks great. What did you think of the sauce? I have been curious about how good those Heinz sauces are.

I am honestly a Stubbs man. The normal way i like my ribs was memphis dust with Stubbs sticky sweet...until today. The Heinz sauce was a really, really good sauce. This is my new go to rib sauce. Great caramelization and the flavor was seriously unbelievable. They really stepped up their game.

Interesting, I typically use memphis dust and sweet baby ray's. I will have to try this. Thanks!
