Sunday turkey breast on Cabana Roja
« on: March 09, 2014, 05:02:11 PM »
It was time for some turkey again. This time I did a turkey breast on the mini WSM. I bought a 5lb breast that was on sale and did Cajun butter injection and seasoned it with creole seasoning.

Going on...

Cabana Roja!

1.5 hours

4 hours at 275-300. I used cherry and pecan wood.

And time to consume mass quantities...with some stuffing and corn..

Wife and daughter loved it. My biggest critics.

Thanks for looking. :)

I have a large turkey breast I'm planning on smoking with my kettle this week end. Can you give me any advise or recipe?
